In my Life...coping with stress
|
"Making the move from having a steady wage coming in each week
was quite daunting. Long hours and little sleep, a bit like having a baby again,
meant not much time for anything else except the occasional cuppa with my Mum.
But with some perseverance and the support of my friends, my
business is starting to take off and I am building up the number of other
small businesses who need their books done.
Making sure I have a good breakfast helps and now I squeeze in a
swim twice a week in the evenings and the occasional massage. My next goal is to
build some weights into my routine.
My partner thinks physically strong women are sexy!"
